New Berzerker records attacks you like a mace to the face. From the opening
bars of ‘Eye for An Eye’ it’s instantly clear that this
is no kiddie fuelled nu-metal release. Building upon the catchy songwriting
on World Of Lies, main man Luke Kennedy infuses it with his most
brutal vocal ambush yet. The clarity of production shines throughout this
record and my stand out tracks are ‘No More Reasons’ and ‘Heavily
Medicated’. Basically anyone with a love for guttural vocals, blast
beats and meaty riffage should check this out as Animosity is
a true homage to early 90's Death Metal. |
